What people are saying…
I bought this book for my 10 year old son. He is absolutely loving it! Here is his review—“I really like the adventure and the quests I have to complete. I like that we get resources in the book and the resources are Bible verses to help me go through the quests in the book. I think everyone my age should read this book so they learn more about who God is and grow in knowing and understanding the Bible.”As a parent, I’m always looking for ways to help my kids deepen their love and understanding of God’s Word. The authors have done such an incredible job of blending an epic narrative with biblical application for young readers to grasp the instructions James wrote to the early church. Can’t wait for future books!
My son is obsessed!

Inspired to help their own kids enjoy reading the Bible, Jonathan and Bailey have created an adventure book for reading through the book of James. It takes a young explorer on a journey, finding the treasures that are promised to us and giving us guidance on how to take steps in our own faith. This book, while aimed at a younger audience, is going to impact the parents as well if they go through it together. 100% recommend getting this!
Wonderful book!!

This book is great! It captures the essence of faith in a way that young hearts can truly understand and cherish. The characters are relatable, the message is inspiring, and the illustrations bring the story to life in such a delightful way. It’s rare to find a children's book that so effortlessly nurtures both the imagination and the soul. I truly hope the author continues to write more books like this—our children (and we as parents) need more stories like these! I highly recommend to any family looking to enrich their little one's faith journey.
Great Book

A great engaging read for a young boy audience. Well written to capture the attention of the reader and keep them turning the pages. Very theologically sound to help young minds start to understand Gods love and plan for their lives. Highly recommended. It won’t disappoint.

About the project.
The Great Treasure Hunt project exists to equip our kids by:
building a strong Biblical Foundation
learning to read God’s word
learning to seek out God’s truth and apply it to their lives
Why is this important?
Proverbs 2:1-22 (NASB)
"My son, if you will receive my words And treasure my commandments within you, Make your ear attentive to wisdom, Incline your heart to understanding; For if you cry for discernment, Lift your voice for understanding; If you seek her as silver And search for her as for hidden treasures; Then you will discern the fear of the Lord And discover the knowledge of God. For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding. He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, Guarding the paths of justice, And He preserves the way of His godly ones. Then you will discern righteousness and justice And equity and every good course. For wisdom will enter your heart And knowledge will be pleasant to your soul; Discretion will guard you, Understanding will watch over you, To deliver you from the way of evil, From the man who speaks perverse things; From those who leave the paths of uprightness To walk in the ways of darkness; Who delight in doing evil And rejoice in the perversity of evil; Whose paths are crooked, And who are devious in their ways; To deliver you from the strange woman, From the adulteress who flatters with her words; That leaves the companion of her youth And forgets the covenant of her God; For her house sinks down to death And her tracks lead to the dead; None who go to her return again, Nor do they reach the paths of life. So you will walk in the way of good men And keep to the paths of the righteous. For the upright will live in the land And the blameless will remain in it; But the wicked will be cut off from the land And the treacherous will be uprooted from it."
